How do I send my photo?
Upload it at checkout, or place the order and reply to your confirmation email with the photo attached. We’ll confirm receipt and begin your proof.
Will I see it before printing?
Always. We email a digital proof of your numbered canvas, and you approve it — or request free revisions — before anything is printed.
What sizes are available?
30×40, 40×50, 50×65 and 60×80 cm. For portraits we recommend 40×50 cm or larger so faces hold detail; we’ll advise on your proof.
Round or square for a portrait?
Square drills give the crispest, most photo-realistic finish for faces; round is easier and softer. See round vs square if you’re unsure.
How long until it arrives?
Rendering and proofing take 1–3 business days. After you approve, it ships with free tracking — US 10–16 business days, UK 9–15, Europe 10–18.
