Choosing your size & drills
For any face — pet or person — choose 40×50 cm or larger so the features hold detail; size up again for two or more subjects. Square drills give the crispest, most photo-realistic finish for portraits; round is easier and softer; AB adds iridescent sparkle for highlights. Not sure? Will I see it before it prints?
Always. We email a digital proof of your numbered canvas and you approve it — or request free revisions — before anything is printed.
What size should I choose?
For a face, 40×50 cm or larger; for two or more subjects, size up again. We’ll also advise you on the proof.
How long does it take?
Rendering and proofing take 1–3 business days. After you approve, it ships with free tracking — US 10–16 business days, UK 9–15, Europe 10–18.
Can I get a refund?
Because each piece is made uniquely for you, commissions aren’t refundable for change of mind — which is exactly why we send a free proof to approve first. If it arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, we replace it free. See our refund policy.
